All prices listed in our Web site are FOB Houston.
Shipping is usually UPS Ground within continental USA, however, some larger concession equipment will require freight line (truck) shipping.

Guarantees & Warranties
We stand behind tie products and equipment that we sell. Warranties on equipment are provided by the manufacturer and are generally for one year. We are certified service technicians and will provide warranty work on all of the equipment we sell. The cost of shipping items to B & G Popcorn, Inc. for warranty work is the responsibility of the customer. For those customers outside of the Houston area, we may be able to provide you with a referral to a certified service technician in your area.
Exchanges & Returns
At B & G Popcorn, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. With the exception of food products(No returns on any food product) and specially ordered products, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in unused condition in the manufacture’s carton with all original packaging, accessories, warranties, and instructions within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. We will then, at our discretion, replace the item(s), provide a refund, or issue a credit, less the original shipping . We will refund the original shipping charge only if the return is a result of our own mistake. Some products have specific guarantees and/or warranties. Please read the packaging material for specific information.
Any products that are specially ordered on your behalf are not returnable or refundable.
Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any lose or damage to the product(s) during shipping, you must contact B & G Popcorn, Inc. at 800-685-6584 within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. We will then contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the product(s) and shipping container(s), after which we will issue you full credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged product(s).
We cannot process exchanges except in the case of defective products. In the unlikely event an item you have received is defective and requires replacement, please call us at 800-685-6584 or e-mail us at email@example.com. In some cases, the manufacturer prefers to handle replacement of defective products directly, and we will make such arrangements for you whenever necessary. Defective items may be exchanged for identical items only.
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number MUST be issued prior to B & G Popcorn, Inc. accepting any returns. All returns must have the RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton. Products returned without an authorized B & G Popcorn, Inc. RGA number clearly printed on the outside of the package will be refused by us and shipped back to the customer at their own expense. You may request a RGA number by calling us at 800-685-6584.
Please arrange to have packages with authorized RGA numbers shipped to B & G Popcorn, Inc. – RETURNS, 16711 Hollister St., Suite E, Houston, TX 77066. You are responsible for all shipping related charges on returned or exchanged merchandise. B & G Popcorn, Inc. will not reimburse for shipping and handling charges except where the return is the result of our own mistake. You may drop the package at a UPS pickup station, or contact UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS to schedule a pickup. Some concession equipment must be shipped via freight line (truck). We will inform you of your shipping options in this case. For an estimate or to calculate your return shipping costs, you may consult with the United Parcel Service site. Select the Quick Cost option, provide your zip code as the origin and our destination address which is Houston 77066. The site will provide you with an estimated cost based on the weight and size of the package. For your protection, we encourage you to insure the return package(s) for the full retail value. Once UPS has your package, it could take one to two weeks for the item to get back to us. We will process the return within 48 hours of receiving items with authorized RGA numbers. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle. Foreign orders which are detained or confiscated by Customs are not subject for refund.
All items will be inspected before any final decisions are made on credits or refunds. B & G Popcorn, Inc. retains full discretion on granting any full or partial refunds, exchanges, or credits. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
